Zurich (Switzerland), December 3rd, 2021 — LatticeFlow, an award-winning deep-tech spin-off and creator of the world’s first platform for robust and reliable AI models, expands its team to Sofia with strategic engineering hires. The Sofia team will work closely with Zurich-based AI researchers and engineers to accelerate platform delivery to global markets.
LatticeFlow was founded in 2020 by leading AI researchers and deep-tech entrepreneurs from ETH Zurich, the top university in continental Europe. These include Prof. Martin Vechev and Dr. Petar Tsankov who previously co-founded several successful deep-tech startups.
LatticeFlow’s platform is based on the latest AI research advances and accelerates AI adoption by enabling teams to deliver robust AI models while avoiding costly unexpected failures in production. Today, it is adopted by AI teams at Siemens, Swiss Federal Railways, Univrses, Intenseye, as well as governments, including the US Department of Defense and Germany’s Federal Bureau of Information Security. Based on the impact and strong early traction of the platform, it was recognized as a TOP 3 Swiss AI startup of 2021, also winning a US Army Global AI Award.
To accelerate product development and address the needs of this fast-growing market, LatticeFlow announced an expansion to Sofia, along with key hires. The first hire in Sofia is Ivaylo Toskov, a top MSc graduate from ETH Zurich and former software engineer at Facebook and Leanplum.
